Here’s the work we’ll do together in this program

Lesson One

We’ll start with setting your personal intention for the next 3-6 months. This will be our north star for our four weeks work together.

∞ With your intention set I will access your akashic records on your behalf and complete your Soul Realignment reading.

∞ This will unlock all the information you need to get back in alignment with your true self. It will also allow me to see what blocks and restrictions have been holding you back until now. Together we will clear those.

∞ I can clear a certain amount with the access I have and you will complete the clearance with the ‘homework’ I give you. This will be in the form of a personalised statement I will ask you to say for 21 days in a row.

∞This video call will be recorded and you will have a replay link to it.

Lesson Two

In this lesson we will get to the truth of how you see and feel about your life right now.

∞ We begin by taking a ‘snapshot’ of your life. You will use a guided questioning technique to do this, which can be very revealing.  

∞ You can then choose to focus on your lifestyle, finances, health, relationships …whatever aspect relates to your intention. 

∞ You will learn how to spot karma at work in your life. AND how to recognise the red flags that show up to tell you it’s time to change.

∞ Now you know exactly where you are in your life you will be able to see how ‘in’ or ‘out’ of alignment you are. What you learned about yourself in your Soul Realignment reading is now very useful information. 

∞ NOW you can start putting a plan together.

Lesson Three

Here you’ll learn how to make your intention a reality.

∞ You’ll select the different pieces that you want to have as part of your future and I will coach you through making it workable for you.

∞ You’ll learn what questions you need to ask yourself to put a sound plan in place.

∞ You will be aware of potential obstacles and understand how to get around them.

∞ Your Soul Realignment reading will have shown us your unique blend of gifts and traits, so we will use them here. Your plan will be in perfect alignment with you.

Lesson Four

This lesson will help you move into your intention with ease and grace.

∞ You’ll learn how to create a morning routine specifically for you.

∞ You will learn how to create a space that will nuture and support you through the changes needed to make your intention a reality.

∞ I will share with you my own personal ‘Reclaim Your Power‘ technique. This is part of the healing process after years of wear and tear on your soul. 

Lesson Five

In this lesson we tie up any loose ends. It’s the ‘what’s the next step’ piece.

∞ So you can complete the program knowing exactly how your intention is going to play out and to be prepared for all of it. 

∞The final thing I want to share with you is my ‘Letting go and Moving on’ piece. You will find this liberating.

How long will the program take me?

I guide you through the program over a four week period. It will take you about 1-2 hours a week to cover the content.

However you can choose to work at your own pace and watch the videos lessons and replays of the coaching calls at a time that suits you better.

Please note your akashic record reading must be completed within three months of payment being made.

How do payments get processed?

You can use paypal or credit cards online or over the phone with me. 

If you opt for a payment plan, the dates will be agreed before starting the program, and once committed to must be completed.
