Level one is the first degree Reiki healing and is for personal use. Its about healing yourself on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. You can use Reiki one healing for friends and family, pets etc. Reiki is a lovely healing energy to have access to anytime you feel you need it. The workshop takes place over a Saturday/Sunday 10am-5pm. A course manual and refreshments are provided. The charge for level one training is €230. A deposit of €100 is required to secure your place.
