Okay, I’m talking about time. Or lack of it to be more precise. From research I’ve done last week most people told me they just don’t have enough time. That is what’s stopping them from making changes in their life.

I get it. I used to hold myself under so much pressure to get everything done and keep everyone happy.

But there is a better way. I’ve found a better way and I’m going to share it with you. It’s not life hacks or a productivity app that helps you get more done.

What I want to do is remind you is that you do have 24 hours in the day and you can choose how you spend it.

You can choose to do something or you can choose not to do it. It’s your life your choice.

Stop putting pressure on yourself.

You must remember that a container will always be filled. If you have a whole day to do something it will take the whole day. But if you only have 30 minutes then what you do is the best you can do as fast as possible in those 30 minutes. And that will have to be good enough.

You choose how much do you actually need to do and how much is good enough.

Stop putting so much pressure on yourself.

Time is a non renewable resource. Once today is done it’s over. We cannot live it again.

So your turn now. Decide what’s important to you today and do that. Then add in what you need to do – when have to be practical about things! But then please start to let go of what you don’t want.
